Job Vacancy: Casting/Moulding Technician

Wendl Academy Jobs & Trainings is looking for motivated and qualified candidates for the position of Casting/Moulding Technician for our client in Germany.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Independent operation and control of injection molding machines including peripheral equipment.
– Preparing the setup process and providing the necessary resources.
– Setup and adjustment of injection molding machines.
– Observing and checking process parameters.
– Detecting and correcting process and injection moulding errors.
– Inspecting and documenting manufactured parts for quality assurance.
– Propose and implement production process optimizations.
– Preventive maintenance and servicing of machinery.
– Cleaning of equipment and tools.

Candidate Requirements:
– Completed vocational training as a plastics molding technician or process mechanic in plastics and rubber.
– Several years of professional experience.
– Excellent knowledge of injection molding machine setup and operation.
– High quality awareness.
– Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot problems.
– Skills in working under pressure, communication and teamwork.
– Driver’s license (advantage but not required)
– English ; German is an advantage!!!What we offer:
– Gross salary: €17,00/hour during the trial period; €18,00-22,50/hour after 6 months.
– Working hours: 3 shifts (Monday-Friday), 163-173 hours per month.
– Holidays: minimum 27 days per year.
