Global boutique investement bank working on venture deals in the US and at the same time a VC fund that invests in early stage ventures in AI. We’re looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to act as the main point of contact for our clients and investors, build lasting relationships, and manage the overall client experience. This role will also involve leading and managing a team of analysts and interns to ensure the effective execution of tasks and client needs.

Salary: 3000 euro (base) + commissions on target earning  (after 3 months in the company) up to 6000 eur

• Responsibilities:

  – Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and investors.
  – Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with investors to foster trust and loyalty.
  – Act as the deal lead, ensuring that all client-facing processes run smoothly.
  – Manage a team of analysts and interns to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  – Help identify and improve systems for increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
  – Collaborate with other departments to align internal operations with client and investor expectations.

  Qualifications:

  – 3+ years of experience in investor relations or a related field ( background as Account manager or Sales could be acceptable)
  – Proficient English language
  – Proven ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals or institutional investors.
  – Strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing client-facing roles.
  – Experience managing a team and overseeing task execution in a high-energy environment.
  – Familiarity with private equity, investment banking, or venture capital is a plus
